Report timing, revisions & third-party requirements
Report timing begins after the clinical evaluation is completed and all information required for the evaluation has been received.
Once a final report has been issued, client- or third-party-requested revisions, additions, or amendments may be subject to a $150 revision fee per revision request. Corrections to typographical, administrative, or factual errors made by Colorado Assessments are completed at no charge.
Requested changes remain subject to clinical judgment. Payment of a revision fee does not guarantee a change to clinical findings, diagnoses, recommendations, or professional opinions.

Colorado Assessments is private pay only and does not bill health insurance or Health First Colorado (Medicaid).
