A limited Basic option remains available for simpler Colorado DMV / DOR administrative needs.

- $700 — Priority report, typically about 3 business days.
- $900+ — Same/next-day report when available.

- Telehealth may be available when clinically appropriate and accepted by the requesting party.
Complex Legal Matter

Expanded clinical work for higher-stakes, attorney-involved, multi-party, or documentation-heavy legal matters.
- Minimum of three clinical sessions
- Expanded records review and clinical analysis
- Testing, monitoring, or SoberLink review when relevant
- Collateral information when appropriate and authorized
- Expanded written report for higher-complexity legal matters
- Attorney consultation, preparation, or testimony separately billed when applicable
Important Complex Evaluation Details
- May be appropriate in matters involving violence or safety concerns, divorce or family-law proceedings, custody-related allegations, repeat offenses, substantial records, conflicting information, or ongoing substance monitoring.
- This remains a substance use evaluation.
- It is not a child custody evaluation, CFI, PRE, psychological evaluation, domestic-violence risk assessment, parenting-time recommendation, or legal opinion.

Report timing begins after the clinical interview is completed and all information needed for the evaluation has been received.
