Comprehensive Evaluation Timelines
Standard report timeline.
Report typically targeted for about 3 business days.
For urgent Comprehensive evaluation deadlines.
Common Deadline Situations
When Time Matters
Priority service changes the report timeline, not the clinical work. The evaluation still needs to be completed and required records or forms must be available before the report can be finalized.
How It Works
Call or text the date and who requested the evaluation.
We review timing, required paperwork, and whether rush service is available.
Complete the Comprehensive clinical evaluation and provide requested records.
The report is prepared according to the confirmed service timeline.
Colorado Assessments provides drug, alcohol, and substance use evaluations through an Englewood-based clinical setting connected to South Platte Counseling. Priority timing changes the report timeline—not the need for a complete clinical evaluation.

Call or text with your deadline and paperwork. We can confirm whether Priority or Same-Day / Next-Day Comprehensive service is currently available. You can also review evaluation pricing or our court / probation evaluation page.
Report timing depends on scheduling, completion of the clinical evaluation, receipt of required information, and the needs of the requesting party. Same-day and next-day availability is limited and is not guaranteed. Courts, probation departments, DMV offices, attorneys, employers, schools, licensing bodies, and agencies determine their own documentation requirements and what they will accept.
