This helps us confirm the right evaluation timeline and whether standard, priority, or same/next-day options may be available.

Same/next-day appointment requests are limited and may require payment before the appointment is reserved.

What Happens Next

Here’s the basic process after you call or text Colorado Assessments.

1. Call or Text

Reach out with the type of evaluation you need, who requested it, and whether you have a deadline.

2. Complete the Interview

Your evaluation may be completed in person or by telehealth when appropriate. Most interviews take about 60–120 minutes.

3. Receive Your Report

Written reports are typically completed within 10 business days after the appointment once all required information has been received. Priority options may be available.
