When is the $350 Basic assessment appropriate?
Basic is intentionally limited and is primarily designed for straightforward Colorado DMV / DOR administrative needs where a brief self-report assessment and concise clinical opinion are sufficient.
What if another state calls the offense DWI, DWUI, OUI, or OWI?
Other jurisdictions use different impaired-driving terms. Send the exact motor vehicle or court requirement so the requested documentation can be reviewed before scheduling.
Can a DUI or DMV evaluation be completed online?
